    How do I justify the cost?

    Why do I need to update my plan?

    As your customer list grows and your reminder system is succeeding, you’ll need to update your plan. The next plan up is about $11 more per week. 

    Text plans charge per message sent. The cost depends on the size of your list. The price per message goes down as your list size grows. Once you reach 500 messages sent per month, you will be charged extra for each message sent until you upgrade your plan.

    Don’t worry. It’s not like an old cell phone plan that costs $1/minute. The cost per is usually about the same or less than your current plan but there is an overage charge. We monitor your plan and notify you before the overages occur.

    If you plan a major campaign or know that your list size will be growing substantially, you should contact us in advance to change your plan.

    How soon will I need to update my plan?

    It’s in your best interest to encourage all of your customers to sign up for reminders, as every one of them is repeat business for you. How quickly you update your plan depends on the success of your program. Some people could update their plan as soon as four to six months. Others may take longer.

    How can you guarantee this service will work?

    I’m so confident that it WILL work for you, that I offer a refund after the first year if it doesn’t. You’ll also get a free consultation to help you make it work. But you have to give it a serious try to get a refund. We require a full year of service and your fliers placed in prominent locations to give you this guarantee.

    Your fliers will have instructions on how to sign up and a will show a backup link to instructions on the flier in the event they can’t figure it out.

    How do I get my fliers?

    After our kickoff call, we will customize your flier and provide you with a pdf that you can print and hang up or hand out to customers.

    Where do I schedule my kickoff call?

    After your purchase, you will be provided with a link to a scheduler where you can pick a date and time convenient for you. The link will also be included in a welcome email.

    What do I need to bring to the kickoff call?
