Case Study: Launching a Business Architecture Center of Excellence at Wells Fargo Bank

Business architects feel the need to organize themselves to share best practices, exchange knowledge, highlight successful projects, and gain visibility among executives. The most common approach is to launch a Center of Excellence (COE). Getting funding and establishing relevance within challenging current events confront many COE launch efforts. This session explores an action research case study at Wells Fargo Bank to show how to effectively launch a COE in the midst of post-merger integration activities.
