Change is gaining speed and the implications of not changing are increasing every day. There is traditionally a large gap between the strategic vision of a company and the ability to execute that vision, as intended or even at all.

Integral to major transformations is the relationship between and the support from both the business and technology sides of an organization. Frequently this relationship is strained by past experiences, lack of communication, misinterpretation of needs and sometimes, all of the above.

Learn how Business Architecture can be the bridge between Strategy and successful Execution by bringing stakeholders together and leveraging their knowledge into actionable, reusable business assets written in a common language.

Agenda:

1:00pm - 1:30pm
Business Architecture industry thought leader, Whynde Melaragno, will outline how she has introduced companies to Business Architecture, their successes and why it is a different process than any other.
1:30pm - 2:15pm
Mega International, the leading developer of operational governance software, will outline how they manage the information required to deliver the value that Business Architecture offers.
